Born Stacey Yvonne Barlow, December 18, 1968 to Juanita Barlow, she was faced with many obstacles dealing with her cerebral palsy. But by the grace of God and her mother saying to her, “You can do anything you set your mind to doing because the sky is the limit for you,” she didn’t realize that she would be lead to writing. Stacey has been writing for 28 years.
